Reviews for UGG Australia Women's Classic Tall Boots Footwear (Apparel) I spent several days learning the fitting pair of coachs. I narrowed it right down to UGGs which had very optimistic overviews however had been expensive, and EMUs which looked to be mainly the same product for 1 of 2 the cost. Sounds too excellent to be true? It is.
Here is what I found:
- UGGs are product of sheepskin in and out, and price $130-$160 for
the hottest type (called Classic, short or tall), extra for the
"fancier" varieties (but I in truth desire the seem of the Classic
model)
- EMUs have TWO sorts of products: (1) sheepskin inside and out, and
(2) cowhide outside, merino wool within. The first selection price the
same as the UGGs, the second (not as comfy, not as comfi) cost
about half of the price
So, I went with the UGGs which seem like the more original/popular and am VERY VERY chuffed - these boots truly insulate you from the tough cold totally. Happy toes are definitely worth the $$ for me in thise case. I got the tall variety in grey, and LOVE LOVE LOVE them.
Another false influence that I'd prefer to perfect - NEITHER is 100% water resistant - as in they'll principally maintain you warm and dry in a cheap amount of rain/snow, but if you happen to drench them it will express (common sense). UGGs has actual water resistant editions that are more like common snow boots and so forth. UGGs also has a water-resistant therapy to give a lift to the durability, but pals I spoke to did not do that and have not had any water seeping in when she's worn UGGs in the rain.
So mainly, the actual deal sheepskin product costs the identical (and is an identical in high quality, comfort).
